YOUTH PARKOUR PROGRAMS
Why Parkour?
At Polaris, we love parkour because it’s a dynamic, full-body sport that you can practice anywhere! The skills students master in our gym create a solid foundation for safe, strong movement that can be applied to a lifetime of athleticism.
But more so, we love parkour because it's a vehicle to teach the whole child. We are in the business of building upstanding citizens– teaching students the magic of hard work and the importance of caring for one another.
Our Philosophy
The more kids practice, the more they understand the “why” behind every technique.
That’s where the magic happens: when hard work unlocks curiosity, a passion for growth is born! Polaris athletes develop a love for the sport that inspires them to reach higher, realize their potential, and encourage others to do the same.
Individualized Curriculum
Classes at Polaris strike a balance of fun and hard work as students learn to persevere through physical and social challenges.
Our highly trained, experienced, invested coaches and small 1:8 staff-to-student ratios ensure your child is challenged, supported, and engaged at their unique ability level.

The Mini Team provides energetic after-school fun for students twice a week.
Students can get moving and learn the foundations of parkour through exploration and games with the help of skilled and caring coaches.
Our parkour jungle gym allows our younger students to learn the balance of moving their bodies safely while challenging themselves.
Every class, we go on adventures and play games that develop collaborative efforts and parkour skills.

Through numerous camping trips per year, this team prepares them to independently lead their own adventures when they head out into the world after graduating from high school.
